  4. Production (1–3 business days) after approval.
  5. Final touches & shipping—packaged with care. Shipping estimates depend on your location.
  • Good lighting, eye‑level angle
  • Close‑up framing (don’t crop out ears or key features)
  • Sharp, non‑blurry image
    Our team also reviews each photo post-order and will reach out if there’s an issue.

Previews are only provided post-order, but unlimited revisions ensure you love the final image before it ships.

Yes, we do! We ship to most countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and many parts of Europe.
Wherever you are, we'll make sure your custom piece arrives safe and sound.

They usually ship in one package, but separate parcels may occur depending on your order.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations aren’t typically possible.
However, if you cancel mid-process, you may receive a partial refund, minus a $25 design fee.
Damaged items will be replaced.

We offer unlimited revisions and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We won’t produce or ship until you approve.
